Elisha McCulloh, LCSW, an experienced clinician, provides discreet, confidential psychotherapy services in a comfortable, pleasant, professional environment, working with individuals, couples, families and groups on issues such as:
- Interpersonal relationships: Learn and practice effective techniques for communication, conflict resolution, assertiveness, establishing healthy boundaries, improving on and building more satisfying relationships, including marriage, parent-child relationships (including adult children who wish to improve relationships within their family of origin), sibling relationships, friendships, or any significant relationships.
- Logotherapy: Lacking a sense of purpose or meaning in life can lead to depression, anxiety, and other difficulties. Therapy can help you make changes necessary to live a more intentional, and therefore satisfying life.
- Anger management: Elisha provides cognitive behavioral therapy that can improve a person’s ability to manage not only anger, but also other painful or unpleasant emotions, and to effectively change unwanted behaviors.
- Anxiety management: This includes treatment for generalized anxiety disorder (chronic pervasive worry), panic attacks, panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, specific phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and other anxiety disorders.
- Abuse and trauma: Facilitating recovery for victims of past and/or current verbal, physical, psychological, sexual, spiritual abuse and other traumatic experiences, as well as those who are working to change problematic patterns they may have learned in childhood, in order to avoid perpetuating abuse.
- Corporate counseling or systems consultation: Helping professionals and business administrators to enhance and improve interpersonal skills, management styles, and effective supervision in the workplace.
